LABOX 1500 – Flat Brushing Machine
Parts to be deburred:
The machine is designed to process parts in free passage or in arrays made of steel, aluminum, and stainless steel:
- Machine development with industrial user
- Passage width 1500 mm
- Thickness between 3 and 15 mm
- Configurable feed speed during operation
- Transfer speed in rapid return
Parts processed by the line will have the following characteristics:
- Minimum dimensions: Length 150 mm x Width 60 mm
- Maximum deformation 1 mm/m with a maximum of 3 mm (Consult the manufacturer)
Part processing principle
Parts are placed burrs facing upward on the machine’s input conveyor. They pass successively under two rows equipped with two brushing heads:
The first row is equipped with abrasive discs designed to remove the bulk of the burr.
The second row of brushing heads is equipped with combined abrasive brushes designed to break edges and ensure the surface finish of the part
Conveyor
The conveyor allowing parts to pass through the machine must be able to be mounted in 2 ways depending on the machine’s use:
- Centered mounting relative to the machine for standalone use
- Input or output mounting for use with a turner or in a production line:
