Loading of parts
Parts are manually loaded into a tank filled with abrasives selected according to the desired finishing result.
Depending on requirements, corn cob grit can be added to combine degreasing and the finishing operation in a single step, thus optimizing processing time.
Cycle settings
Machine equipped with a control panel: rotation speed (RPM) and cycle time can be configured.
The control panel also manages:
– Tank positioning
– Emergency stop
Remote dust extraction system
The extraction starts as soon as the cycle begins. The air is filtered, and dust and waste are collected in an easily accessible drum.
Treatment cycle
Once the tank is closed, the operator starts the cycle previously configured according to aerospace specification requirements.
The rotation system starts, allowing for controlled deburring through monitored contact with the abrasives, while limiting impacts and preserving the integrity of the parts.
Throughout the cycle, a high-performance extraction system captures the generated dust and directs it to a dedicated collection drum, ensuring a clean working environment that complies with industry standards.
