Diabolo | Diabolo XL
The DIABOLO deburring barrel is a compact and
easy-to-use machine. Equipped with a 230 V connection and a
dust extraction system, the DIABOLO has all the characteristics of a
production tool.
PX 150 | PX 300
Suitable for parts up to 1350 mm, this machine can
process a very wide range of parts. It is perfectly suited to
subcontracting markets, where machine versatility is
essential. Deburring, blasting, descaling small parts
as well as railings is therefore possible with the PX300.
MDL 400
The MDL deburring barrel is an interesting compromise in terms of
capacity, cost, and robustness. Allowing the passage of parts
up to 1250 mm, this rugged model is equipped with a dust extraction
and unclogging system. The manual door is designed to
accompany the user’s movement, thus remaining ergonomic.
Y 300 | Y 400 | Y 500
The Y deburring barrel is suited to high production
rates. Adaptable according to needs, this robust machine is
built in a modular fashion and can be equipped with loading
and unloading accessories to facilitate part handling.
Y 500 CH TAR
The Y-type deburring barrel is a robust model suited to high production rates. Adaptable according to needs, this
machine is designed with a hydraulic loader and an exit conveyor equipped with an unloading belt and automatic return of pyramids to the loader.
Part Loading
Parts are loaded manually into a tank filled with abrasives selected according to the desired finishing result.
Depending on needs, corncob media can be added to combine degreasing and the finishing operation in a single step, thus optimizing processing time.
Treatment Cycle
Once the tank is closed, the cycle selected by the operator starts,
The rotation system engages, and the parts are deburred through direct contact with the abrasives, while preventing impacts.
During the cycle, a high-power vacuum extracts dust to a waste drum.
Dust extraction system integrated into the machine
The extraction starts as soon as the cycle begins. The air is filtered and dust and waste are collected in an easily accessible drum.
